Here at the Del Bosque Medical & Wellness Center we believe with regular physical activity and strength training, muscle loss can be reversed and strength improved. Providing tailored strength and health activities, positioned as daily “prescriptions” to meet each worker’s needs and abilities, can encourage improved balance, strength, and functional abilities. This proactive approach can help prevent injuries and facilitate healing for those already injured.
